I would just like to say that neither alt.press or absolutepunk.net really "rip off" each other. They're both news sites about the exact same music/bands/genres.With both always trying to break the news first they're will obviously be overlapping news stories at the same time. It's inevitable. This tired argument of them ripping each other off is old and boring.
Congrats on your job though. It's something that I would love to do.

Um…I’m not sure what you’re talking about? We use over a dozen online sources for news, in addition to being bombarded with press releases everyday. Also, at least 2 of absolutepunk’s latest news stories are ripped from AltPress.

Christofer Drew leaked this track from his upcoming album, Harmony, last night and it struck me like a bolt of lightning. Say what you will about his earlier work, but Drew is coming into himself well. This song solidifies him as a maturing songwriter in my book.

The tweet was an ADTR song, but I used those lyrics because they fit how I feel about a reason rash of shit talking that’s going on in my circle of friends…you know, in the REAL world.
I’m just done with the trash talk, gossip, and drama. Life is too short and I have too many real issues to deal with.
